Senior Portrait Questionnaire

I'd love to get to know a bit more about you before we take photos! Please take a few minutes to fill out this brief questionnaire so that I can learn about what makes you unique (which helps me take photos that you'll love)!

Where are you graduating from? What was (college grad)/will be (high school grad) your major?

How would you describe your personality or "vibe" in three words?

Some ideas to get you started: Are you spontaneous or structured? Quiet or outgoing? Bookish or athletic? Lively or laid-back? Or anything else you can think of!

Tell me about yourself. What are you interested in? What are your favorite activities? What are you most passionate about? Are any of these things you'd like to include in your photos?

Is there anything you want to make absolutely sure we capture during your session? Do you have any specific expectations you'd like me to know about?

Another way to put it: What is your highest priority of the session—a perfect cap-and-gown shot? A sweet shot doing one of your hobbies or something you love? Candid shots? Professional headshots for that job you’re hoping to land soon? Of course we will try to get it all, but if you had to choose the one SURE THING.

Are you camera shy, and is there any way I can help you feel less nervous when we're shooting? Are there special things that make you smile or laugh?

How do you plan to use the images from our session?

E.g. framed on the wall, printed in a photo album, posted on social media, etc.
